I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was outstanding, with staff like Angel who went above and beyond to help us, the room left a lot to be desired due to sound issues and maintenance problems. The location is excellent, with direct access to a shopping mall which is very convenient. Although the dining experience was decent, it could definitely be improved. The rooftop pool is a highlight, but some amenities were lacking.

Our stay lasted eight nights, and while we had some positive experiences, there were notable downsides. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the polite staff, but the noise from the shopping mall and maintenance issues in our room were disappointing. The breakfast was adequate, but the situation with clean towels and room maintenance left much to be desired.
